Description
Nihon-Kō carbon steel milled from a single thick sheet of steel—atomic cutting aggression for the toughest tasks: carving large cuts of meat, working with poultry, slicing through cartilage and joints, and splitting large fish heads without risk of chipping the edges. A natural, dark carbon patina protects the metal. Original embossing of 登録 佐文作 and the Ω symbol on the flat. Full-tang with a powerful integrated steel bolster on three rivets. Technically sound, monolithically rigid, sharpened, and ready to use.
