Ai-Deba Tadafusa carbon steel 15cm

249,00 zł (≈ €57)

Tadafusa (忠房) from Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, was founded in 1948 by Torasaburo Sone in the historic Tsubame-Sanjo metallurgical region. The blade bears the 寅 (Marutora) seal within a circle, a reference to the founder's name. A slimmer and lighter variation of the classic Hon-Deba, the Ai-Deba retains the single-sided geometry for filleting fish without the excessive bulk of a heavy butcher knife.
