Description
The slender, 27 cm long blade is a factory hybrid of Gyuto and Sujihiki—carbon monosteel, a full tang, and a distinctive handle with ergonomic finger grooves and three brass tubular rivets. The knife has been refreshed: cleaned of active rust and professionally sharpened. Natural pitting only emphasizes its age and authenticity.
