Attention: This knife is New Old Stock and has been factory sharpened—it has not been hand-sharpened on waterstones. In such cases, the sharpness is typically less than that of hand-sharpened knives.

Please note, however, that the first sharpening will invalidate the knife's New Old Stock status. If you return it within 14 days, we may refuse or reduce the refund amount for knives that have been sharpened at the customer's request. By requesting sharpening, you agree to these terms.
