Description

Ni-Mai construction—hard carbon steel forged to soft iron, polished Migaki finish, distinct Shinogi grind line, and concave Urasuki on the back. Traditional Wa wooden handle with resin ferrule.

Please note: This knife is New Old Stock and has been factory sharpened—it has not been hand-sharpened on waterstones. In such cases, the sharpness is typically less than after hand-sharpening. If you would like us to stone-sharpen the knife before shipping, please let us know in the order comments—we will do so free of charge. However, please note that the first sharpening will invalidate the knife's New Old Stock status. If you return it within 14 days, we may refuse your return or reduce the refund amount for knives that have been sharpened at your request. By requesting sharpening, you agree to these terms.
